6 Signs Your Friend Has an Eating Disorder

Early autopsy results have ruled out foul play in the death of actress Brittany Murphy. But it will be weeks before further tests will be able to explain why the star of "Clueless" and "8 Mile" died of cardiac arrest.
We don’t know what happened to Murphy and we’re not speculating the cause of her death.
Regardless of the results of the autopsy, eating disorders are a huge issue issue in this country. According to The National Eating Disorders Association, it’s estimated that 10 million women and 1 million men have either Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa.
